Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all championships were vacated. After the restart, Robbie X became the BWR Heavyweight Champion by entering at number 1 and defeating 29 other stars in the RIOT RUMBLE match at Anniversary IV on 23rd July 2021.

Rampage Brown became the BWR Heavyweight Champion on 6th March 2020 at No Gods No Masters III. Rampage defeated Reese Ryan by hitting the Piledriver for the pinfall victory.

Joe Hendry's celebrations were cut short when members of the invading RISE roster attacked. Moments later, Reese Ryan cashed in his Anarchy Briefcase. Reese hit Hendry with the briefcase and two DDTs to become the first ever double champion in BWR history.

With Jack Jester unable to defend the championship, the title was vacated at BWR's Second Anniversary show on 5th July 2019. Joe Hendry became the new champion in a triple threat match also featuring Joseph Conners.

Jack Jester cashed in his Anarchy Briefcase to claim a BWR Heavyweight Championship opportunity at Welcome To Wonderland on 21st December 2018. Jester defeated Tyler Devlin in a bloody No Holds Barred contest by hitting a middle rope Tombstone Piledriver through a steel chair for the pinfall victory.

Tyler Devlin won the BWR Heavyweight Championship in a Ladder Match at The Last Stand 2018 on 24th November 2018. Tyler Devlin defeated Jimmy Havoc in the main event, grabbing the championship belt after knocking Havoc off the ladder down onto a second ladder wrapped in barbed wire.

Jimmy Havoc won the BWR Heavyweight Championship on 6th July 2018 at BWR's first anniversary show, "ONE". Havoc defeated Joseph Conners and Pete Dunne in the main event by pinning Conners after Dunne hit Conners with the Bitter End.

29th September 2017 - 6th July 2018

Joseph Conners became the first ever BWR Heavyweight Champion on 29th September 2017. Conners won the one night "Take the Throne" tournament by defeating CJ Banks, Tom Weaver and Winston in the final to become the inaugural heavyweight champion.
