Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all championships were vacated. After the restart, Will Kroos won his first ever BWR championship at Underground 7 on 20th August 2021. Will Kroos pinned Matt Myers to become the BWR Underground Champion.

Tom Weaver won the BWR Underground championship at No Gods No Masters III on 6th March 2020. Tom Weaver forced Jimmy McIlwee to submit to his Judas Lock to become the BWR Underground Champion.

With his career on the line, Jimmy McIlwee became the BWR Underground Champion on 29th November at The Last Stand 2019.

Jimmy defeated Man Like Dereiss by hitting his Longshot Elbow Drop for the pinfall victory.

Man Like Dereiss

11th October 2019 - 29th November 2019

As both the Heavyweight and Underground Champion, Reese Ryan refused to defend both titles. Reese gifted the title to his best friend Man Like Dereiss on 11th October 2019. Later that night, Dereiss successfully defended the title against Jimmy McIlwee.
